Everything depends on the USB wireless device that you buy. Most laptops are now built with them, but most are wireless b / g compatible. Need for Xtreme N (the fastest and news), please make sure you buy the laptop or if you prefer, you can buy a USB wireless adapter, you n. also used for expansion cards into a slot on the laptop can comes with a copy. They take up less space in the open and much easier to sit on his lap, without the USB stick on the street. The only downside is that you can not move in most desktop, if you decide on a different computer later use.

Yes you can. Everything you need to do is, go to Start -> Control Panel -> Wireless and off the internal radio s. Connect the wireless card you have and configure it if you do not automatically become head of the team. You should have no problem if you follow these simple steps. For questions, please let me know.

After reading a little more time reading than buying a new computer at Best Buy. If you are the brand and model number E-mail me and I like to tell you whether you have an internal wireless LAN. I'm 95% sure that he does. So do not worry out there.

Yes, you can use both, but what is the point (you'll need to disable one of them)? Judging on calls you a "computer" new from Best Buy, I'm pretty sure that the WiFi is faster than the built in USB adapter.
