I have a Sony Dav X1 & a Samsung HD TV. What's the best connection: scart, S Video, HDMI or Component Video? - component video connection
Given the DAV-X1 is a Blu-ray, but has an HDMI output is always useful to my HDTV via an HDMI cable, or other 3 are the best options in order to invite? Thank you very much.

HDMI all the way ... It converts your standard DVDs to high definition (720p or 1080i). Components are the second best solution, but only goes up to 625p.
And ... .. uuhhmm from the High-Definition Multimedia Interface can be heard up to 9 channels of audio decoding, I see no reason for the optical connection too well.
